Nvidia's latest results show the AI build-out is still accelerating
Nvidia's latest quarterly results put fresh numbers on the scale of AI infrastructure spending. The company reported $96.2 billion in revenue for its second fiscal quarter, up 106% from a year earlier.

Blow out quarter from NVIDIA
Data Center revenue reached $89.0 billion, up 117% year on year.
🖥️ Nvidia reported a 75% gross margin for the quarter.
The company guided to $108.0 billion of revenue for the following quarter, plus or minus 2%.
🌏 That outlook assumes no Data Center compute revenue from China.
These figures help explain why Nvidia's results are being watched across the technology market. The money flowing into chips, data centres, and AI services remains enormous.
So what? Nvidia's figures show that demand for AI computing capacity remains exceptionally strong.Skeptics still ask- when will the bubble burst. My take is that NVIDIA will still rule the inference market after the training market slows down. Too early to say it is curtains for NVIDIA.
OpenAI and Anthropic keep posting striking revenue growth

OpenAI and Anthropic revenues from the EPOCH blog
Epoch AI has updated its look at the revenue growth of OpenAI and Anthropic. Its main point is that both companies are growing at a rate rarely seen for businesses already making billions of dollars.
Epoch says OpenAI's revenue run rate rose from $13 billion last August to more than $40 billion.
📊 It says Anthropic grew from $1 billion to $9 billion during 2025, then grew faster in early 2026.
Epoch cites reports that Anthropic reached a $65 billion run rate by late July.
🌍 Together, Epoch estimates the two companies were running at about $105 billion a year by August.
The numbers show how quickly paid use of frontier AI models has grown. The next chapter is whether that pace continues as the market gets larger.
So what? Frontier AI has become a major commercial market in a remarkably short time. Will it be a market that will have only a couple of SOTA Al model companies and a few paid specialized models? I don’t think so, if the proliferation of open models is anything to go by.

Google gives AI video more editing controls
Making an AI video is getting closer to editing a real one. Google AI Studio says Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash can extend scenes, set the first and last frames, use video references, create a 360p draft, and upscale a final version to 4K.
The new controls focus on how a clip develops, not only on the first image or prompt.
🎬 A creator can start with a lower-resolution draft before committing to a larger render.
Video references can be added alongside other multimodal inputs.
🧩 The update is available through the Gemini API and AI Studio.
So what? AI video is moving beyond one-shot clips and toward a more directed editing process.
Google Flights lets people search for travel deals in plain English
Google Flights is testing an AI feature called Flight Deals. Instead of picking a destination and dates first, people can describe the kind of trip they want, such as a beach escape or a visit to Japan during cherry blossom season.
The feature turns a travel idea into possible destinations and dates.
✈️ It searches flight inventory from more than 300 partners.
Google defines a deal as a fare at least 20% below the typical price for a similar trip.
🗺️ Results are ranked by the size of the saving, then by price.
So what? Google is using AI to make travel search feel more like a conversation. Travel is one of the most lucrative search markets for Google and this is the company’s way to grab affiliate income on top of advertising (from the 300+ partners).
Marketing Mandate in the age of AI: Trust, Consistency, and Meaning
In this video, marketing legend Seth Godin dismantles the outdated 'hustle' culture of advertising, offering a roadmap for building brands that genuinely matter in the age of AI.
Core Pillars for Modern Entrepreneurs:
Consistency > Authenticity: Godin challenges the obsession with 'authenticity,' calling it a potential trap. Instead, he argues that professionalism is defined by consistency. Customers don't need you to be 'authentic' in your moods; they need to trust that you will consistently keep your promises.
The Power of Remarkability: To escape the 'average' trap, you must be a 'Purple Cow.' Success isn't about appealing to everyone; it's about creating an experience so distinct that your customers feel compelled to share it because it raises their own status or helps them solve a real problem.
AI as a Skilled Apprentice, Not a Replacement: Avoid using AI strictly to cut costs. Instead, use it as a 'squadron of eager interns' to upskill your workflow. By delegating organizational and data-heavy tasks, you reclaim the time needed to focus on high-level art, beauty, and deep human connection.
Redefining Success: Move beyond short-term metrics like clicks or follower counts. Focus on the 'Song of Significance'; solving meaningful problems so well that you would be genuinely missed if your business ceased to exist.
The Bottom Line: Your brand is not your logo; it is the reputation you earn by delivering on your promises every single time.
